Electronic records of students photographed are stored on databases on our server. They include:
- Name
- Grade
- Homeroom
- School where they were photographed
- Portrait packages ordered

Records are kept of:
- Who was photographed
- What date were they photographed on
- Who was not photographed
- Who ordered what packages

What this allows us to do:
- Provide prompt response for customer
service questions regarding:
• Orders
• Financial record-keeping
• Delivery Dates

- Take orders over the phone, e-mail or
fax without need of a sample image

- Label every single order with the
student’s information
