We are a family-owned, Texas-based company that specializes in School Portrait and Yearbook services, implementing the latest digital technology in the areas of portraiture, graphics, product development, electronic record-keeping, and service items for our customers.

Our Guarantee to you is that we will always:

• Deliver the portraits proofs to your School NO LATER THAN 2 ½ weeks after the portraits are taken (Most of the time they are delivered within 1 ½ weeks of picture day)

• Deliver the proofs sorted according to Grade, Homeroom and Alphabetical order.

• Provide with prompt, courteous customer service at all times.

• Deliver the portraits packages to your School NO LATER THAN 2 ½ weeks after the portraits are received in our office.

• Deliver the finished portrait packages appropriately packaged, labeled with each child’s information and sorted according to Grade, Homeroom and Alphabetical order

• Provide prompt payment of the School’s percentage of sales no later than 4 weeks after we have received the order in our office (Many times it takes about 2 weeks)

• Provide you with whatever service items you may need.

• Match any pricing or commission structure that a competitor may present in writing.

• Do our best to meet or exceed your expectations.
